Hybrid staff event

With the presentation of the new corporate strategy in autumn 2022, the Executive Board and strategy team wanted not only to inform the employees, but also to inspire the workforce and create a spirit of optimism. In addition, the event was the first real coming together after many months. More than 600 employees experienced the presentation live at the insurance company's headquarters in Wuppertal, and another 1,000 colleagues followed the event online. Central in the truest sense of the word: a circular stage concept without elevation to make the closeness and togetherness tangible in the space. In addition, other rooms were converted into "public viewing areas" so that as many employees as possible could participate on site.

The programme alternated live lectures and conversations on stage with recorded interviews and videos on core elements of the strategy, the so-called enablers. The enabler videos were designed and produced independently by the company's trainees. In addition, all employees were able to participate directly in the event by means of surveys, Q&As and mood pictures.

We accompanied Barmenia throughout the entire conception, planning and implementation process and were responsible for the technology, direction, room set-up and the experience before and during the day.
