Instead of a standard briefing, our collaboration with Dassault Systèmes started with strategic brand consulting early last year. In an initial kick-off workshop we talked for a long time about market and products, analysed processes and defined possible messages. Four pivotal areas of activity were defined and formed the basis for further communication activities, including transferring them into a live format. In addition to the development of a holistic storyline, the main challenge of the 3DEXEPRIENCE Forum concept primarily consisted in the integration of objectives, strategy and the four areas of activity.
The compass of the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform became the symbolic “hub” of the entire forum and united various stage formats, breakout sessions, round tables as well as networking and exhibition areas into the spatial concept in the form of a “presentation circle”. Participants were able to go through the formats in a kind of cycle, decide themselves about the level of interaction and engage in a new form of exchange. Dassault’s strategy as well as their product world became tangible and thereby sustainably anchored for employees, partners and customers under the motto “JOIN THE FUTURE – Experience the Future of Industrial Design, Engineering & Production”.
Together with the decision-makers at Dassault Systèmes we are now working on creating a basis of intensive exchange and relevant insights, to transfer them from the forum to their strategy process. On top of that, we are also already in the process of planning the 3DEXPERIENCE Forum 2018 and look forward to the renewed collaboration.
