Our team is growing: Hello Jill!

We are delighted to welcome a new team member to ottomisu in 2026: Jill is new to the Event Management & Solutions team as a Junior Project Manager, and we had the opportunity to learn a little more about her here:

What does your ottomisu business card say, and what does that mean for you in your day-to-day work?

As an active member of the ottomisu team, I support projects with my passion for events and people, contributing my strengths from attention to detail to vision. That's why my business card says: “Enthusiast for flexible strategies with heart” – which is basically the same as Project Manager 😉

What skills can you contribute particularly well here, and what do you bring to your new role from your previous experience?

Through my work on small and large projects in a number of industries, I have developed a good sense of target groups, learned to grasp complex relationships between systems and facts, and applied this knowledge to the development of extraordinary ideas, while always keeping my eye on realistic implementation. This experience and knowledge will certainly be of great benefit to me here as well.

How would you describe your first day in three words?

Warm, informative, intriguing.

Why was ottomisu exactly the right choice?

The team inspires with its energy and diversity. Diverse personalities fit together like puzzle pieces in projects, and the deeper you dive in, the clearer the big picture becomes. That's what makes it so exciting.

What appeals to you most about helping to organize events?

I want to inspire people, to captivate them in the best sense of the word. Whether through new topics or unplanned encounters: when I succeed in arousing genuine emotions and setting something in motion, that's the best reward for me.

What are you particularly excited about right now?

In two weeks, my first big event with ottomisu will take place in Düsseldorf, and so soon after joining the company, I'm already curious to see how it will turn out. At the same time, I'm excited to develop my professional skills in the future and to combine my existing knowledge even more intensively with practical experience.

If your start at ottomisu were a song, which one would it be and why?

I would choose an old classic by the Black Eyed Peas: Let's Get It Started.
