Three newbies: Welcome Johanne, Nico & Zabiullah

Shortly before the end of the year, there has been further growth in the areas of event production and content creation and design. We asked the three of them about their positions, their first impressions, their motivation and their goals.

What role will you be taking on with us?

Johanne: I am starting as a consultant trainee and combining my time at ottomisu with the treibhaus programme. This gives me both theoretical knowledge and practical experience, which is perfect for my entry into the profession.

Nico: I am strengthening the team as Event Production Manager.

Zabiullah: I am starting at ottomisu as part of my entry-level qualification (EQ) as an event manager – in the form of an internship.

What was your first impression of the team or the company?

Johanne: Since I originally come from product design, I am currently learning a lot of new things and observing a lot in order to better understand the processes. I am given the time I need for this, and at the same time I am already allowed to participate in my first tasks. For me, this is exactly the right mix. I also felt very comfortable right from the start. The atmosphere is pleasant and open, and everyone is super helpful.

Nico: An open, fun and diverse bunch who complement each other perfectly and work together to form a well-rounded team for the company.

Zabiullah: My first impression of the team was very positive. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, and I felt welcome right away.

What particularly appealed to you about your new role?

Johanne: The combination of conceptual thinking, spatial understanding and a strong focus on people appealed to me immediately. I enjoy working creatively, am very curious and find it exciting to deal with new topics and immerse myself in them. That's exactly what I can contribute and further develop here.

Nico: Bringing my previous experience to a new company and at the same time being able to gain lots of new experience in a new area of expertise.

Zabiullah: I was particularly attracted by the opportunity to gain practical insights into the world of events and to see how much planning and creativity goes into them.

What are you most looking forward to during your time with us?

Johanne: I am looking forward to learning a lot about design and gaining insights into different projects. I am also excited about the exchange within the team and gradually taking on more responsibility. I want to try out my creativity in new directions, further sharpen my eye for concepts and find out which tasks suit me particularly well.

Nico: I am looking forward to working on lots of cool and varied projects. And to being able to draw on my previous experience, but also to constantly gaining new experience through new challenges and ideas.

Zabiullah: I am looking forward to gaining lots of new experiences, developing my professional skills and working on real projects.
